Aluminium – wood profile system is an exclusive offer within thermal break systems, which has excellent characteristics in terms of thermal insulation and soundproofing, built in accordance with high technological standards.
Aluminium profile with thermal break is the basic element of the system structure, while inner side is covered by profiled wood elements. Main role of aluminium is to protect wooden elements from weather conditions, helping the wood elements to maintain original characteristics even after years of use. Aluminium profile and wood elements are connected by clamps which don’t transfer stress of material during thermal dilatation. Moreover, these clamps allow air to circulate and prevent corrosion caused by condensation.
Aluminium profiles can be laminated or anodized. Lamination of aluminium profiles comes in wide range of colours and provides additional protection from weather conditions. Anodizing has protective, decorative and functional role, and provides thermal insulation, as well as corrosion and wear protection.
Type and colour of wood elements can be adjusted to individual request of customers and investors. Sealing is made of rubber of various sizes in different zones.
